"Airport Baggage Check-in and Delivery Service" is specially designed for the customer who is preparing to travel abroad or return to Hong Kong. As an Authorized Agent of Airport Authority, we provide "Home Baggage Delivery Service" and“Home Baggage Check-in Service" to the public. The services are not only open all year round, but all baggage delivery process is strictly monitored and the delivery status is tracked in real-time, let you rest assured to entrust us anytime, anywhere, and start your journey easily!

 

Service Introduction:

1)Home Baggage Check-in Service:

After completing the online reservation, SFHK will arrange door-to-door baggage collection, and the baggage handling specialist will assist you in check-in procedures. After completion, you can directly pick up your baggage at the destination airport.

Booking Policy:

● Currently available for Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Airlines passengers

● Please note the following information regarding the service booking date and baggage collection time:

1. You can make an appointment on the "Home Baggage Check-in" website at the earliest 14 days prior the flight departure or at the latest 12 hours before the flight departure;

2. Daily baggage collection time is from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

3. The latest available baggage collection time is 5 hours prior the flight departure.

4. Please input the flight departure date and time on the "Home Baggage Check-in" webpage, and the system will automatically provide the available baggage collection times.

● Authorized agent will perform check-in and baggage collection services at the registered address, the overall process should take approximately 15 minutes

● Customer is required to attend in person and present valid travel / identification documents upon our agent’s arrival. Customer is also required to sign a declaration form before our agent leave the registered address

● The dimension of each baggage shall not exceed 199cm (length + width + height), with a maximum length of 170cm and a weight not exceeding 30kg (weight will be subject to airline or destination limitation)

● Customer must ensure the baggage fulfill the requirements of airline and clear of prohibited items

● Customer is recommended to arrival at the boarding gate 40 minutes prior to flight’s departure

● No cancellation or refund will be made after successful order submission. Our customer service hotline +852 29292929 is available for any additional enquiries regarding the service

 

2)Airport Baggage Delivery Service (Airport to City):

You only need to go to the “Baggage Storage and Delivery Counter” in Hong Kong International Airport to drop off your baggage, and SFHK will arrange door-to-door delivery for you.

● Customers need to proceed to HKIA Baggage Storage and Delivery Services Counter and drop off the baggage prior to the Order Cut-off Time

● HKIA Baggage Storage and Delivery Services Counter is located at Hong Kong International Airport, Arrival Hall A, Arrival Level (L5) (Non-restricted area)

● The delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands and restricted areas)

● If delivered to a hotel, the customer has a confirmed hotel reservation;

● The dimension of the baggage is within 199cm (Length + Width + Height), with maximum length of 170cm;

● The weight of the baggage is within 30kg

● The baggage should not contain any unacceptance items as detailed in section 2.1 and 2.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Carriage. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.

● If customers are late to HKIA Baggage Services and Delivery Services Counter after 3:30pm, the baggage can only be delivered on the next day (07:30am) at the scheduled time, and an additional storage fee will be charged^.

 

^Storage fee: HK$14 per hour or HK$165 per day for each piece of baggage, whichever is less.

 

3)Home Baggage Delivery Service:

After completing the online reservation, SFHK will arrange door-to-door baggage collection, then you can retrieve your baggage at the "Baggage Storage and Delivery Counter" in the Hong Kong International Airport.

● The Maximum weight, dimension and single side of single baggage must not exceed 30kg, 199cm (Length + Width + Height) and 170cm respectively (Subject to the limitations of airlines).

● Oversize and overweight baggage, Special baggage (Animals, Food and Perishable items), prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable or corrosive items cannot be accepted

● Baggage Collection Location: Baggage Storage and Delivery Service Counter, Hong Kong International Airport, Arrival Hall A, Arrival Level (L5) (Non-restricted area)

● Customer need to arrive Service Counter prior to the arrive time. If the customer exceeds the free storage time, and an additional storage fee will be charged^.

^ Storage fee: HK$14 per hour or HK$165 per day for each piece of baggage, whichever is less.
