Travel at Ease with High-Speed Rail
The trend of traveling to Mainland China on holidays continues to heat up, with high-speed rail travel being the top choice for many citizens. Thinking of having a journey at ease, choose SFHK's baggage delivery service to share your burden.
In addition to SFHK's Airport baggage delivery service, starting from 28 August 2024, we are also launching the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail baggage delivery service. This service assists residents or tourists in sending their baggage to the High-Speed Rail station in advance. Regardless of offices, hotels or residence, we offer to-door pick-up service and deliver the same to the SF store inside the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. You can also track your baggage location in real-time, allowing you to start your journey with ease and peace of mind.
Service Introduction:
After completing the online reservation, SFHK will arrange to pick up your baggage at your doorstep. When you arrive at the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, you can pick up your baggage at the SF store thereat.

●The Maximum weight should not exceed 30kg, total length, width and height should not exceed 199cm, and single longest side thereof should not exceed 170cm.
●Oversize and overweight baggage, Special baggage (Animals, Food and Perishable items) are currently not accepted. Prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable or corrosive items cannot be accepted.
●Service Area: To-door pick-up service across Hong Kong (excluding Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands and restricted areas)
●Baggage Collection Location: Shop WEK G-5, G/F, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong ^852Z252^
●The day the baggage arrives is considered the first day, with the first 2 days free of storage fees, and then storage fee of HKD$10 per day will be charged*. The fee will be accumulated on a daily basis.
*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
^The business hours of the SF store at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. Please pick up your baggage within the business hours of the SF store.
