Remarks:
Customer must upload the shopping invoice and recipient’s identification document in 5 days after the shipping day by visiting the Customs Clearance Service on SFHK official website or the custom page in SFHK APP. Customer also shall bear the time delay in examination and related cost caused by the mismatch in the declaration.
