In addition to local delivery, the freight for delivering mooncakes to Mainland China are all inclusive (taxes and exemption from fuel surcharges). With our Customs Clearance service, you can rest assured that your gift will arrive safely and easily! We have also added a new local Temperature Controlled Delivery service, so that both snowy mooncakes and frozen desserts can also be delivered on the same day!

3. Deliver to the Mainland (Normal Temperature Delivery) 4
● Service Advantage: Competitive pricing, legal customs clearance, freight includes fuel surcharges
● Terms of Use: Taxes pre-paid: Paid by credit account or paid by cash；Taxes collect paid：Paid by shipper / consignee / Paid by credit account or third party
● Freight: Taxes pre-paid:first 2KG at HKD 138, additional HKD 10 per 0.5KG (Reference: 2 boxes of mooncake as low as HKD 138), taxes collect paid：first 2KG at HKD 68, additional HKD 8 per 0.5KG
● Shipment Types: Mooncakes (excluding ice cream mooncakes, snowy mooncakes and mooncakes which contain meat)
● Declared Value: No more than RMB 800/order
● Boxes Restrictions: Maximum 3 boxes per order. Orders with more than 3 boxes need to be split into separate shipments.
● Document Needed: Purchase receipt and recipient's ID card
1If customers place an order before 11:00 a.m. and the courier is able to collect the shipment successfully before 12:00 noon, the shipment can be delivered to all districts on the same day.The designated shipping areas include Kwai Chung, Lai Chi Kok, Tsuen Wan District, Tai Po District, Sha Tin District, Wong Tai Sin District, Kwun Tong District, Central and Western District, Eastern District, Southern District, and Wan Chai District.If the shipment is sent after the designated time on weekdays or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, it will be delivered according to the usual delivery times for local shipments.
2 Network points are SF Business Station and SF Store with Frozen/Chilled Pickup Service.
3The service is only applicable to Hong Kong local delivery, except outlying islands and some remote areas.
4The above default service will be used for sending mooncakes to the Mainland.
Remarks: Freight is based on the volume and actual weight of the shipment, and is quoted at the time of receipt of the shipment.
