Three Major Upgrades of SF Macau Express Service
SF Express adheres to the pursuit of excellence and supports the long-term development of the Macao region and the delivery needs of the people's livelihood. Starting from 6 February 2023, SF Macau will offer three major upgrades to residents and entities in Macau, including the launch of the same day local delivery speed up service, enjoy discount on SF Drop and Pick service as low as 32% off and the brand new E-comm Box services which charged by fixed rates. SF Macau provides competitive logistics services, which is convenient to plan your business at any time in addition to your daily life.
Local Delivery Speed Up - Macau Domestic
Local SF Speedy Express Service can be upgraded to the same day delivery for free. If orders placed before 11:30 and collected before 12:30 at designated industrial and commercial areas or SF self-operated network points, shipment will be delivered to the SF business stations for self-pickup at 17:00 on the same day, 18:00 for to-door delivery to the industrial and commercial districts, and 21:00 for to-door delivery to other areas. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to SF Macau's reasons, shipper can apply for a refund of the basic freight according to relevant Terms and Conditions.

SF Drop and Pick-Macau Domestic/Between Hong Kong and Macau Regions
Customers can enjoy the special freight as low as MOP15 for the first 2.1kg (up to 32% off) for customers sending and/or pick up local shipments at SF Macau self-operated network points. For shipments sent between Macau and Hong Kong regions, MOP/ HK$5 discount is also offered if the sender and/or recipient select the above-mentioned "SF Drop and Pick" service (pick-up at SF Service Partners (small chain stores and individual stores) is also included in Hong Kong region).

E-comm Box - Macau
E-comm Box is specifically designed for e-commerce businesses. Freight is as low as MOP33 for shipments within 20kg and calculated in three fixed rates based on sizing. With an affordable fixed price, businesses may budget for the logistics cost easily.
