Join Membership
SF Express App is a mobile self-service app launched by SF Express in Taiwan. In addition to providing convenient self-service ordering, joining the membership allows you to accumulate points and redeem rewards in the SF Express App member store, such as SF vouchers and exclusive gifts.
[Step 1]
Scan the QR code and download the SF Express App.
[Step 2]
Log in with your mobile number (10 digits, starting with 09).
[Step 3]
Click on "Membership," complete your member information, and you will become an SF Express member.
[Step 4]
After becoming a member, you can use the points you've earned to redeem "SF Vouchers" or "Exclusive SF Gifts" of your choice. Simply go to the "Redeem Gifts" page in the SF Express App Member Store.
[Step 5]
After successful redemption, if you redeem "SF Vouchers," they will be automatically sent to your member account's "My Gifts" section. When the courier arrives for package pickup or delivery, present the QR code of the "SF Voucher" to the courier for an instant deduction of the voucher's redemption amount from your shipping fee. If you redeem "Gifts," they will be sent out every Tuesday following the successful redemption.
