Announcement on Adjustment to Import Tariffs for Mexico from August 15, 2025

Dear Customers,
From August 15, 2025, onwards, the government of Mexico will impose an import tariff of 33.5% on all goods whose country of origin is not the United States or Canada. (Original rate was 19%)
For shipments whose country of origin is the United States or Canada, under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), the following changes to import tariffs will apply upon importation into Mexico:
*The import tariff for goods with a value less than USD 50 is 0% (de minimis)
*The import tariff for goods with a value between USD 50 and USD 117 is 17%
*The import tariff for goods with a value greater than USD 117 is 19%
