We would like to remind you that the customs offices of Taiwan have already implemented the importer real-name authentication since January 16, 2020. Accordingly, any imported parcels without the real-name authentication or consignee’s complete contact information will not be admitted for customs clearance. As the Lunar New Year holidays are approaching, please be advised that if the imported parcel cannot be admitted for customs clearance successfully, we might be unable to serve the parcel to you on time. In this regard, we appreciate your understanding. Should you have any questions about the real-name authentication and timeliness for service of the imported parcel, etc., please feel free to contact our customer service center.
