With the recent increasing number of phishing scams, it has come to the Company’s attention that scammers have been posing as the Company and sending phishing e-mails to random customers regarding late payments. They also provide a link to a page where they ask customers to transfer the money.Please be cautious that Taiwan S.F. Express does not use Simplified Chinese when informing matters relating to accounts. We also do not send any e-banking links by e-mail asking you to transfer money!
