[Important Notice] Hong Kong Collection/Delivery Services Adjusted from March 5, 2022

Dear customers,
Due to the worsening COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong and uncontrollable factors in a challenging environment, S.F. Hong Kong Express has suspended its door-to-door collection/delivery services from March 5, 2022 until further notice.
Instead of sending shipments to a Hong Kong address, customers are encouraged to use the pick-up service at over 1,000 network points in Hong Kong, including business stations, SF Stores, service partners, and EF Lockers. This way, customers are able to avoid waiting times and are guaranteed a more efficient and convenient service.
The outbreak has impacted the operation of S.F. Hong Kong Express in many ways, and as a result, we cannot guarantee delivery times for express shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience and are grateful for your understanding.

To provide peace of mind to customers and employees upon sending and receipt of a shipment, S.F. Hong Kong Express has taken a series of stringent pandemic prevention measures since the beginning of the outbreak. These measures include disinfecting all site facilities, express shipments, vehicles, as well as sites used by personnel.
We will continue our concerted battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, and we sincerely thank our customers for their support and understanding.
