With fraudulent tactics evolving rapidly, there have been multiple incidents in which scammers have impersonated S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) by sending fake SMS messages such as an “Account Suspension Notice” to lure the public into joining unofficial accounts or using fake online customer service platforms to sign fraudulent consignment terms and transfer funds. To better protect our customers from phishing messages and fraudulent websites, the Company will begin gradually phasing out SMS notifications starting June 23. We strongly encourage you to download and activate the [SF Express App] to receive the latest shipment updates through official channels and prevent falling victim to scams.
Starting June 23, push notifications for completed pickup and delivery events will be sent via the SF Express App
To ensure your right to receive shipment-related updates, the Company will begin using the SF Express App to send notifications for events such as “Signed on Behalf” and “SPP service” upon completion of pickup or delivery, starting June 23, 2025. Please download and activate the app to avoid missing important information.
Starting December 31, notifications for incomplete pickup or delivery events will also transition to the SF Express App
To continue protecting your notification rights, the Company will transition notifications for pending events such as “Delivery Unsuccessful,” “Scheduled Delivery,” and “Scheduled Pickup” to SF Express App push notifications starting December 31, 2025. During the promotional period leading up to December 31, 2025, customers who have not yet downloaded and activated the SF Express App will still receive SMS notifications. However, from January 1, 2026, SMS notifications will be discontinued. Please download and activate the SF Express App to avoid missing important shipment updates.
With the SF Express App, you can easily place shipment orders, track real-time parcel status, and access key information such as waybill numbers, delivery routes, sender and recipient details, and billing information.
