Target Audience: New monthly billing customers who sign up between October and December 2024.
Promotion Period: October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
Promotion Scope: International shipments via Taiwan SF Express to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, USA, Canada, and Vietnam using International Standard Express service (originating from Taiwan).
Promotion Details: During the promotion period, customers using Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taiwan SF Express) to send shipments to the 7 major regions—Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, USA, Canada, and Vietnam—can enjoy a 30% discount. To participate in this promotion, customers must become monthly billing customers of Taiwan SF Express between October and December 2024. Once eligibility is verified by Taiwan SF Express, the discount will be applied starting from the third business day after registration. For detailed promotion rules, please refer to the activity guidelines.
Activity Guidelines:
1.The shipping fees must be prepaid from Taiwan.
2.The 30% discount for the 7 major regions only applies to shipping fees and excludes value-added service fees (definition of value-added service fees: all fees other than shipping fees, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, resource adjustment fees, remote area surcharges, insurance fees, additional service fees, etc.).
3.The promotion is limited to shipments to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, USA, Canada, and Vietnam, and only applies to the International Standard Express product.
4.Customers must become monthly billing customers of Taiwan SF Express during the promotion period (apply online now: https://twacsp.sf-express.com/tw-sign/#/apply). After approval, Taiwan SF Express will notify the customer via SMS/email when the monthly billing account becomes active, and the discount will be available starting from the third business day after activation.
5.The discount calculation period aligns with the billing period. For example, if the customer's billing date is the 20th of each month and they become a monthly billing customer on October 20, the discount will take effect on October 23, and will apply to the period from October 23 to November 20. The final discount calculation will be determined by Taiwan SF Express.
6.If a monthly billing customer is found to have overdue payments, improper use of the account, or any violation of Taiwan SF Express’ service agreements, Taiwan SF Express reserves the right to freeze or terminate the account and immediately end the discount program.
7.All other terms and conditions not specified here will be governed by the monthly billing account application form and its attachments.
8.Taiwan SF Express reserves the right to modify the content, duration, and terms of this promotion. In case of any disputes, Taiwan SF Express retains the final interpretation and decision rights.
