Notice: Cancellation of Vietnam's Import Tax Exemption Policy for Low-Value Goods Starting February 18, 2025

Dear Customers,
According to Vietnam's government announcement No. 01/2025/QD-TTg issued on January 3, 2025, all goods imported into Vietnam will be subject to taxation starting at 00:00 (local time) on February 18, 2025. The previously issued announcement No. 78/2010/QD-TTg (dated November 30, 2010) regarding tax exemptions for low-value goods imported via express delivery channels will be simultaneously repealed.
Please take note of the following:
1. Low-value goods are defined as goods valued under 1,000,000 VND.
2. Goods arriving at local customs after 00:00 (local time) on February 18, 2025, will be subject to this new regulation.
