Notice: Temporary surcharges for freight collect from Malaysia to Taiwan due to peak resource adjustment

Dear Customers:
International air cargo capacity and various operating resources have been experiencing higher than usual demand and costs amid the coronavirus outbreak. As a means to continue to provide our high-quality service, Malaysia S.F. Express will charge extra collection fees for freight collected from Malaysia to Taiwan as of 6am on March 23, 2020 to 11pm on April 5, 2020 (Kuala Lumpur Time). A description is given below:
Applicable products and shipment weights: All standard express (SE) and economy express (EE) shipments of all weights from Malaysia to Taiwan.
Charges:
Consignment fee is in Malaysian currency, and freight collect will be converted to the local currency according to the exchange rate of the month. Taking March exchange rate as an example: Malaysia to Taiwan - MYR 2.4/kg, collection will be TWD 17.49/kg.
Period: The additional charges are effective for all express shipments from Malaysia during the period of 6am on March 23, 2020 to 11pm on April 5, 2020 (Kuala Lumpur Time).
