Notice of Additional Multi-Line Declaration Fees (多行輸入報關費) for Formal Import Declarations

Thank you for your continued support and trust in S.F. Express.
In recent years, changes in customs regulations, increasingly complex clearance procedures, and rising operating costs for staffing and system maintenance have continued to drive up the costs of providing our services. To maintain stable, high-quality customs clearance services, following a comprehensive review, we have decided to introduce an additional Multi-Line Declaration Service Fee (多行報關服務費) for formal import declarations containing more than five declared items, effective October 1, 2026.
This fee adjustment is intended to more accurately reflect the actual costs of handling such declarations and to enable us to continue optimizing our customs systems and service processes. The fee details and calculation method are as follows:

Effective Date: October 1, 2026 (based on the declaration date)

Applicable Shipments: Formal import declarations containing more than 5 declared items.

Fee: NT$100 for each item exceeding 5 items. For example, if a declaration contains 8 declared items, the Multi-Line Declaration Service Fee (多行輸入報關費) will be NT$300. The fee will be added to the formal import declaration clearance fee.
