International air cargo capacity and various operating resources have been experiencing higher than usual demand and costs amid the coronavirus outbreak. As a means to continue to provide our high-quality service, Malaysia and Korea S.F. Express will charge extra collection fees for freight collected . A description is given below:
Applicable products and shipment weights: All standard shipments of all weights from Malaysia and Korea to Taiwan.

Charges:
Consignment fee is in Malaysian currency, and freight collect will be converted to the local currency according to the exchange rate of the month. Taking March exchange rate as an example: Malaysia to Taiwan - MYR 2.4/kg, collection will be TWD 17.49/kg.
