Notice on Fuel Surcharge Rise for SF Standard Express (International) Services to Limited Regions from July 2025

Dear Customers,
In response to the external fuel surcharge rise, we will raise the fuel surcharge rate to 19.5% for the SF Standard Express (International) service to ensure normal corporate operations and assure quality delivery services.
- Effective time: From the mailing date, between July 13-July 31, 2025
- Service: SF Standard Express (International)
- Affected regions: 50 countries in total, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, 28 European countries, 10 South American countries, and 8 African countries.
- Manner of payment: Bonded to major freights.
- Rate after fuel surcharge rise:：19.5%

(1) 28 European countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Slovak, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Finland, Greece, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
(2) 10 South American countries: Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Columbia, Venezuela, Suriname, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay
(3) 8 African countries: Togo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Cameroon, Mali, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda
