2. Self drop-off shipments from January 31st to February 4th. Delivery will be shipped on February 7th.
3. Food is not acceptable for carriage during the Chinese New Year.
4.Convenience store pickup service time adjustment:
From 01/24 to 02/06, due to the operation of convenience stores, the delivery service to outlying island convenience stores will be suspended. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
5.From 01/31 to 02/06, the pickup service of HiLife Convenience Store will be suspended. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Taiwan S.F. Express holiday shipments arrangementsis as follows：
‧January 31st (Monday) to February 4th ( Friday) Self-pickup and Self drop-off service delivery by appointment only.
‧February 5th (Saturday) call the Customer Service Hotline on 412-8830(dial 02 ahead with mobile phone) to make an appointment for pick-up/delivery.‧February 7th (Monday) resume normal operations.
※During the week before and after the Chinese New Year holiday, due to the impact of flight scheduling, customs clearance schedule, manpower arrangements, etc., the timeliness of pickup and delviery cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
