Schedule Adjustments for Service Hours during the Chinese New Year Holiday in 2026

From February 14th to February 22nd, 2026, it will be the vacation for Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. For your convenience in shipment, the service hours will be adjusted as follows:

1. Door-to-door pickup delivery service will be suspended on February 14th, 2026, only on site service remains at the SF distribution & service centers.
2. Self-drop-off shipments (Baggages of fruits or foods will not be accepted) on February 14th. Delivery will be shipped on February 23th night.
3. Convenience store pickup service time adjustment:
February 14th to February 22nd, due to the operation of convenience stores, the delivery service to outlying island convenience stores will be suspended. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

1. On February 14th will be“delivery by appointment”service only.If you need to dispatch your items to the receivers, please call our customer service“one day ahead”to schedule or you can download the SF Express App to schedule delivery time by yourself.
2. During the Chinese New Year Holiday on February 16th, all express parcels will be held at the service locations listed below. If you have Self-pickup service must be make an appointment by calling 412-8830(dial 02 ahead with mobile phone) . Cash on Self-pickup service only for Credit account.
