During the vacation there will be “delivery by appointment” service only, if you need to dispatch your items to the receivers, please call our customer service “one day ahead” to schedule or you can download the SF Express App to schedule delivery time by yourself.
For example, fill out “Dispatch on January 1st during the vacation” and write down the valid cellphone number in the “Telephone No.” column to facilitate the delivery of your items on time.
