During the vacation there will be “delivery by appointment” service only, if you need to dispatch your items to the receivers, please specify the expected delivery date in the Remarks column on the waybill or contact our customer service to register or you can download the SF Express App to schedule delivery time by yourself.
For example, fill out “Dispatch on September 27th or September 29th – Saturday / Holiday” and write down the valid cellphone number in the “Telephone No.” column to facilitate the delivery of your items on time.
