In order to continue to provide you with top-tier services, we are notifying you of the following changes that will be in effect for the busy period leading up to and during the Lunar New Year holidays.
- We will be suspending pick-up services for Basic Account customers from Tuesday, January 1 to Sunday, January 29, 2023. We ask our Basic Account customers to visit one of our stores or distribution centers if shipment is required. (Distribution center and store locator: https://reurl.cc/3Y7xvO).
- Due to the high volume of shipments, we will not be providing an estimated delivery time and date. Please take the possibility of delays into account before shipping.
