Start-up notification for the 2018 client satisfaction survey

  • The 2018 client satisfaction survey will be held during the period from April to October, 2018 by telephone interviews scheduled as follows:

    Q1: April and May, 2018

    Q2: June and July, 2018

    Q3: September and October, 2018


    Taiwan S.F. Express has entrusted Ipsos Market Research Company to conduct telephone interviews by random sampling selection of the clients using Taiwan S.F. Express to deliver or receive shipments over the last quarter. The interview should last about 15-20 minutes, and Ipsos will provide the clients with gift vouchers or presents after interviewing. The shipment of gifts will be completed within 1 month after the interview is finished.
