Taiwan S.F. Express Notice of Postponement of Peak-Resource Surcharges on Parcels Shipping to China, Hong Kong and Macau

Chinese New Year’s is approaching, and we would like to encourage our customers to send parcels as early as possible to avoid delays. To show our gratitude for your support, the date originally set for imposing surcharges on parcels shipping to China, Hong Kong and Macau, January 1, 2022, has been postponed to January 16, 2022. Please take advantage of this opportunity and arrange shipping before the price adjustment.
We thank you for your patience and hope to overcome these difficulties with our customers and drop these Peak-Resource Surcharges once the fluctuations in air transportation costs stabilize. Please see our website for further information.
Peak-Resource Surcharge Details:
(1)Parcels weight under 20kg shipping to China, Hong Kong and Macau from Taiwan: at rate of TWD20 per kilogram, 0.5 kg charge rate is TWD10.
(2)Parcels weight over 20kg shipping to China, Hong Kong and Macau from Taiwan: Charges are calculated on a per kilogram basis.(3)Effective date: January 16, 2022.
For example:If the Parcels weight 1.5 kg(below 20kg), The calculation formula is 1.5kg*$20=TWD30. If the Parcels weight is 21.5 kg(over 20kg), The calculation formula is 22kg*$20=TWD440.
