Taiwan S.F. Express [iBox] – Collection Service Launched!

Dear customer,
To provide customers with more ways to collect their packages, we have teamed up with Chunghwa Post and launched iBox collection. The service enables customers to designate their iBox location then collect their package within 3 days (including the date of designation). Taiwan S.F. Express will combine the extensive network of iBox and the excellent collection service of Taiwan S.F. Express to offer customers more convenience.
♦ Service Advantages
- Collection points – there are over 2000 “iBox” lockers all over Taiwan in communities, industrial and commercial buildings, schools, post offices, train stations and malls (excluding iBox service at Taipei Metro stations). Please click here to find out more information on collection points.
- Convenient and fast – the recipient can collect their package by entering the last 3 digits of their mobile number and the 6-digit password received by SMS on the iBox locker. For instructions, please click here.
- Safety protected – there are Security cameras at each iBox locker to safeguard your packages.

♦ Notice for Use
A package may not exceed 20kg; each side may not exceed 45cm; the total size of length, width and height may not exceed 105cm, and only one package allowed per locker. For more information on the size, please click here. We will not be able to proceed with the delivery of your package if it exceeds the specified size (Cash on delivery is not yet available).
The following items may not be collected via iBox :
Express Delivery service for items including single booking with multiple packages, perishable foods (e.g. fresh fruits), important documents (e.g. passports) and those with taxes to be paid.
