Taiwan SF Express 2025 Taiwan Export Express Shipment Peak Surcharge Adjustment Notice

Dear Customer,
In response to the stabilization of air freight capacity to North America and Europe following the peak fluctuations during Q4 2024 and before the Lunar New Year in 2025, the peak surcharge rate for international standard express shipments from Taiwan to North America and 28 European countries (including the United Kingdom) will revert to the original rate of TWD 30/KG starting from February 1, 2025 (Saturday). Please find the details below for your reference:

Notes:
1. The end date will be subject to company announcements.
2. For shipments paid at the destination, the charges will be calculated based on the origin's payable standards and converted to the destination currency using the monthly exchange rate on our official website.
3. For shipments under 20 KG per waybill, the rate will be calculated per 0.5 KG. For shipments over 20 KG per waybill, the rate will be calculated per 1 KG.
4. For import shipments, the peak surcharge rate will be based on the rate announced by the origin country and converted using the current month’s exchange rate.
