The 10th Anniversary of Taiwan S.F. Express Employee’s Happy Family Day Celebration Hand in Hand - March into the Next Decade Put Full Effort into Promoting Domestic Delivery Service and Buildup Versatile Logistics Experience

  •  Taiwan S.F. Express celebrates its 10th business anniversary. Founded in Taiwan, it held its Family Day event at Taichung Lihpao Land on the 21st this month. The theme of the event: “Persistently working together with one heart for a decade to build the dream of everlasting prosperity”, shows our appreciation to our employees who have put their efforts together for the past ten years. They are also the major power accomplishing the stable growth of the company. There are more than a thousand employees in Taiwan S.F. Express, with their families attending the event happily and passionately for wonderful moments on their day off. This year, Taiwan S.F. will put full efforts into promoting Domestic delivery service by taking the privilege of being a logistics group in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong incorporating international express service and cross-border eCommerce with its spirit based on “customer-oriented approach, customers foremost” to provide consumers with versatile logistics and “warm-hearted” service.

     

    Taiwan S.F. Express general manager Jaymison Huang stated, “Having faced the rapidly changing pace of the market for the last ten years, the demands from customers are changing in the mean while. There have been multiple growths in the number of credit accounts, staff and service points, and so has the service coverage expanded from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to every corner worldwide. All the way through, due to our insistence on high service quality, seeking change while maintaining stability, we’ve become the most reliable logistics partner. I’d like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the efforts and sacrifice each staff put into this. I’m also grateful for the support from each employee’s family members, which have allowed us to achieve this accomplishment. Like the saying, “Polish one sword for ten years”, let’s wish we will welcome a second and a third successful decade with each employee and his/her family members.”

     

    With the practice of cutting cake and singing birthday songs, for the Family Day this year, praise and gratification were delivered to nearly 60 senior staff whose length of service is over 10 years. One senior staff member shared his sensitive feelings concluded from working as a carrier until being promoted to a supervisor of a service point, “no shipping cannot be delivered, no customer can be satisfied without service”, he mentioned. There was quite a few senior staff that started working immediately after graduating from school, and making a living for their families as parents. This year, there were a lot of families joining the Family Day with full attendance to witness and share the glory of success.

     

    It differs from the ones in previous years. The Employee’s Family Day was held at Taichung Lihpao Land with amusement facilities for the whole family to play together, as well as extremely thrilling experiences with countless screams. Besides, there were fresh and cool fun water activities for those who haven’t felt satisfied with land entertainment. After going all out, employees can enjoy food and drink in the brand new opened Outlet with a relaxing pace and go shopping for pleasure. It’s hoped that the annual Family Day can unify employee’s cohesion and advance better affective interaction among families.

     

    This year, Taiwan S.F. Express is focusing on expanding Domestic Delivery service and promoting comprehensive “localized brands” by the optimized renovation of hardware and software, and the expanded service model coverage for advanced logistics to bring customers more convenient and comprehensive logistics experiences. Including our cooperation with “Palmbox” with the introduction of intelligent storage boxes for easy sending and picking-up service which have been setup near convenient stores and big public facilities and densely populated locations. Expect to reduce the repeated delivery rate of shipping and enhance logistics efficiency for a double-win situation. In addition, newly built shipping transports Changhua and Tainan and the one already being operated in Taoyuan are connected to be a transport link from the north, center to the south of Taiwan. Enhanced shipping capacity and the effectiveness of cargo delivery allow Domestic delivery Service to reach each town located in Taiwan. Furthermore, due to the prosperity of online business, we have started working with retail online shopping malls in April, to provide “Same-Day delivery” service to customers who finish order placement within a designated period of time (mark 1). In the future, depending on the market trend and the demands from the needs of customers, we will expand “Same-Day delivery” service with more incorporated organizations and larger service coverage. Moreover, Campus delivery service will be introduced afterwards, providing service effective from the current day until June 30th, 2017 to meet students’ needs during summer vacation when they return home and send packages back home (the service is provided only by domestic delivery). The service, “Enjoy your vacation, we delivery your luggage”, with a basic shipping rate of NTD 80, is the most reasonable price the market offers students, with less cost while returning home for a “Fun” summer vacation.     Taiwan S.F. Express is also one of the logistics companies officially incorporated with “Universiade Taipei 2017”. For welcoming this grand international sports occasion, the logistics storage center close to Taoyuan International Airport offers international athletes storage space during competitions for essentials, timers, etc. At the same time, shipping and delivery of athletes’ luggage and worldwide express service are available for athlete contestants so they are able to focus on their performance without being worried about the best result.
