EC Ship (Personal Shipment Service)

  • Service Introduction

    EC Ship (Personal Shipment Service) provides express services for sending customers' items from Taiwan to China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao). The recipient should be an individual, no company can be the recipient of a shipment.

    The recipient must be an individual and the quantity must meet reasonable self-use of new products, which are subject to e-unified invoices or show a screenshot of the online transaction.

    (requiring either the transaction serial number, payment serial number, transaction amount, sender or recipient information)

    Pay by monthly account or pay upon delivery, cash on delivery/collect on delivery/third-party payment.

    Sending Express Parcels from Taiwan to China (excluding documents).

  • Notice for Use

    For size restrictions, required documents, guidelines for shipment specifications, etc., please follow below for more details.

     1.Shipments and Standard Specification

    (1) Size: 200cm*80cm*70cm

    (2)Weight: Less than 10 KG

    (3) Others: For Shipment standard specifications, quantity, and declared value for customs, please click here for inquiries. 

    2.Required Documents

    (1)The hardcopy of your national identity card. After all documents required are well-prepared, be sure to upload the images to the URL below to avoid delays in customs clearance

    (2)Provide an invoice, proof of purchase, or screenshot of online purchase and then hand in to S.F Express couriers.

    3.Others

    (1)Shipment Protection Plus Service (SPP) is available. For details, please refer to the Shipment Protection Plus Service (SPP)

    (2)If the recipient’s name/ID number, phone number, or address is the same, only 1 shipment is limited per day.

    (3)After collecting the package, if it is returned due to customer error (e.g., failed to upload the documentation of purchase e-unified invoice or the method is not filled out according to customs standards), the sender will be charged for the shipping fee.
