LTL General Freight Service

  • Service Introduction

     

    This Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) service is available within Taiwan. Each shipment must meet one of the following requirements: A minimum weight of 30 kg per piece, or A combined length + width + height exceeding 210 cm.

  • Service Description

     

    1. Standard pickup and delivery services are limited to ground-floor locations only. If delivery to a designated storage area is required, please ensure the area is located on the ground floor and free of any handling obstacles.

    2. Service is limited to S.F. Express self-operated areas, and does not include remote locations as listed on the official website.

    3. Palletized cargo will be delivered in its original packaging; on-site pallet

  • Notice for Use

     

    1. Shipping charges are calculated based on 1 kg increments. Any weight less than 1 kg will be rounded up to the next full kilogram for billing.

    2. Payment options are limited to Sender-Paid or Sender-Paid Monthly Account. Freight Collect is not supported.

    3. Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available for LTL General Freight.

    4. Standard redirection services apply only to ground-floor addresses at the destination, and fees will be calculated based on the original freight rate.
