Eligible Services: All SF Express Taiwan services originating from Taiwan.

Event Details: During the event period, non-monthly account customers (new members) who register via the SF Express App (Taiwan version) will receive a gift voucher for friends. Additionally, customers who meet the minimum shipping fee threshold and complete the delivery (refer to clause 3 of the event terms and conditions for details) will receive a gift package of SF Express vouchers. Members who place orders using vouchers received during this event or the vouchers provided in the "Choose SF for Cross-border Shipping: More Shipments, More Savings!" promotion will have a chance to win bonus SF Express member points, LINE POINTS, or exclusive SF Express luxury gifts.

Event Description:

Offer 1: "New Friend Gift" – New members who register via the SF Express App (Taiwan version) during the event period will receive a friend gift voucher. Each member account is limited to one gift!

*Includes three vouchers for a NT$10 discount on shipping for any service (fixed amount SF Express vouchers).

*The SF Express vouchers will be credited to the member’s account on the Taiwan version of the SF Express App upon completion of the registration (all basic member information must be completed).

Offer 2: "Spend and Get"

During the event period, SF Express App (Taiwan version) members who place an order with a shipping fee (excluding value-added service fees) that meets the specified threshold and successfully complete the delivery will receive an SF Express voucher package corresponding to the threshold level (refer to clause 5 of the event terms and conditions for details). Any single shipment that meets the threshold will be eligible for the corresponding voucher package.

Thresholds:

•    Spend NT$100 or more: Receive 1 voucher for NT$10 off shipping on any service.
•    Spend NT$200 or more: Receive 1 voucher for 10% off shipping to Mainland China (EC Ship) and 1 voucher for NT$10 off shipping on any service.
•    Spend NT$500 or more: Receive 1 voucher for 10% off shipping to Mainland China (EC Ship), 1 voucher for 10% off shipping to Hong Kong/Macau, and 1 voucher for NT$50 off shipping on any service.
•    Spend NT$1,000 or more: Receive 1 voucher for 10% off shipping to Mainland China (EC Ship), 1 voucher for 10% off shipping to Hong Kong/Macau, 1 voucher for 10% off international shipping, and 1 voucher for NT$100 off shipping on any service.

Offer 3: "Bonus Draw"

During the event period, customers who place an order using the vouchers from Offer 1, Offer 2, or the "Choose SF for Cross-border Shipping: More Shipments, More Savings!" promotion (2024/09/02 - 2024/10/20) and complete the delivery will be entered into a draw. Fifty winners will be randomly selected based on their shipment number to win LINE POINTS (500 points), 50,000 member points, or exclusive SF Express luxury gifts. The draw will be conducted before January 10, 2025, and the winners will be announced on the organizer's official website event page at www.sf-express.com.tw.

Prizes:

• Top 30 Winners: Receive 500 LINE POINTS and 50,000 member points.

Event Terms and Conditions:

1.This event is limited to non-monthly settlement customers (new and existing members) who place orders via the SF Express App (Taiwan version) and are paying for shipments.

2.The shipping service is limited to Taiwan's main island and does not cover outlying islands. The service area is subject to the details listed on the Taiwan SF Express official website.

3."Completed delivery" is defined as the successful receipt of the shipped item by the recipient during the event period, with no subsequent disputes or claims against the organizer.

4.Value-added service fees are defined as any fees beyond the shipping fee, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, resource adjustment fees, remote area surcharges, and insurance fees.

5.Example for Offer 2: If a member of the SF Express App (Taiwan version) places an order during the event period and the delivery is completed within the event period, the total shipment fee is NT$519, which includes NT$410 in shipping fees, NT$89 in fuel surcharges, and NT$20 in resource adjustment fees. Since only NT$410 counts as the shipping fee and does not meet the NT$500 threshold, the order will qualify for the NT$200 (or more) voucher package (which includes one voucher for 10% off shipping to Mainland China [EC Ship] and one voucher for NT$10 off shipping on any service).

6.The SF Express vouchers awarded cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for equivalent items.

7.Vouchers must be used before the expiration date, after which they will expire and will not be reissued.

8.To redeem the vouchers, customers must present the QR code from the SF Express App (Taiwan version) to the delivery staff for scanning at the time of shipment. The voucher will be deactivated after use and cannot be reused. Only one voucher can be applied per shipment. Monthly settlement customers cannot use vouchers.

9.Prizes for this event can only be shipped to Taiwan (an additional NT$150 shipping fee applies to outlying islands). The organizer will not ship prizes overseas. Failure to claim a prize will be considered a forfeit, and a new winner will be drawn.

10.LINE POINT Code Notices:

 (1) Text-based codes can be redeemed at the Point Code website: https://points.line.me/pointcode.

 (2) URL-based codes can be redeemed by clicking the provided URL.

 (3) You must be a Taiwan LINE app user:

- If you have not used the LINE app, please download and install it before proceeding.

- You must log in to LINE and register an email address and password in the settings.

- Both the phone number and LINE account must belong to a Taiwan LINE user.

 (4) LINE POINT Code Validity and Usage Limitations:

- A used code cannot be reused.

- POINT Codes have an expiration date. After expiration, the points cannot be used. The redemption period is 729 days from the effective date, and points must be used within 180 days of the last points addition. The organizer is not responsible for expired points.

 (5) POINT Codes cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or altered.

11.The organizer will assist with winner-related procedures. Under Taiwan tax law, if the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, the prize amount will be included in the winner's annual personal income tax declaration. The winner must provide a copy of their ID and submit relevant receipts. If the winner is a company, a copy of the company's registration certificate and the responsible person's ID must be provided. Minors without an ID must submit a copy of the household registration and a guardian's ID. If the prize value exceeds NT$20,000, the winner is responsible for a 10% prize tax, and the organizer will handle the tax withholding. Non-residents of Taiwan or businesses without a fixed place of business in Taiwan are subject to a 20% prize tax. If the winner refuses to comply, they will forfeit their prize.

12.Prize declarations and receipts must match the winner's identity and cannot be transferred or claimed by others.

13.On the day of the prize draw, winners will be drawn in the presence of the organizer's legal team.

14.Please ensure that your personal information is correct. If the organizer cannot contact the winner due to incorrect information, the prize will be forfeited.

15.If a member opts to cancel their account via "Account Cancellation" under "Personal Center," all account data, including shipment records, points, and redeemed vouchers, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. SF Express Taiwan will terminate all member rights, with no compensation or obligations.

16.The organizer reserves the right to review the qualifications of participants. If malicious software or other unfair methods are used, or if participation is found to violate the event rules, the organizer may cancel the participant’s eligibility and reclaim any prizes. Participants shall not raise any objections.

17.The organizer and the event team bear no legal responsibility for data loss, errors, or damage caused by computer, network, telephone, or technical issues beyond its control, and participants and winners shall not raise any objections.

18.Participants in this event are deemed to have acknowledged the validity of these regulations. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change event details without prior notice. In case of any force majeure event leading to changes in the prize content, Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value, and the winner must unconditionally accept the substitute prize.

19.For matters not covered in the prize description, the winner notification letter shall prevail. Winners are not allowed to request changes to the prize, cash conversion, discounts, or any other adjustments.

20.By participating in this event, participants agree to comply with the event's terms and conditions. If the participant violates any of the regulations for the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the participant's eligibility and claim compensation for any damages caused.

21.If this event cannot be executed due to force majeure, Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event without any compensation liability.

22.The personal data you provide (including name, phone number, and email) will only be used for customer service record archiving, statistical research and analysis, express delivery business, marketing promotion, event notifications, and related cooperative services. Within the necessary period for the stated purposes, the company will collect, process, and use your personal data through appropriate means such as paper files, electronic files, or other methods suitable for the available technology at the time. You may exercise the rights to: (1) request to access or review the data, (2) request a copy, (3) request a supplement or correction, (4) request to stop collecting, processing, or using the data, or request deletion. If exercising these rights causes any detriment, the company is not responsible for compensation.

23.In the event of force majeure causing the inability to execute this event, Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event without any compensation liability.

24.In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of this promotion's content, terms, and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

25.Regarding the content, duration, and related terms and conditions of this event, Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify the event.

26.Employees of Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. are not eligible to participate in this event.

27.In case of any disputes, Taiwan SF Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision-making.
