In response to the global energy conservation and carbon reduction trends, S.F. Express (Taiwan) actively promotes the paperless movement by progressively introducing e-waybill and SMS notification services to lower paper consumption and thereby reduce environmental burdens. To further promote the e-waybill service, we wholeheartedly invite you to join us in our efforts to protect the Earth in order to make every delivery eco-friendlier!
Implementation:
Full-scaled paperless billing services will be implemented from June 1, 2025. Customers can download their bills from the “Monthly Account Manager” service. During the promotion period, the printing and delivery services of paper bills will temporarily be free from now until August 31, 2025. The printing and delivery services including paper bills will be charged NT$80 for each copy from September 1, 2025.
