Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is available for all destinations for SF Standard Express and SF Economy Express (International) services, excluding Domestic Delivery to Taiwan, deliveries to China, Hong Kong, or Macau, and International Heavy Weight Express.
  2. Coverage for pick-up of shipments is limited to Taiwan's main island and does not include Taiwan’s offshore islands. The service coverage announced on the official website is taken as the finalized standard.
  3. In response to the lowered COVID-19 alert level and the government’s arrangement for vaccination of courier/cargo workers, the pick-up service coverage for non-Monthly Credit Account customers is as stated on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express.
  4. Please let our agent know that you wish to take part in the promotion. In case of failure to do so, no full or partial refund or discount will be offered in any form after payment has been completed.
  5. Participants in this promotion agree to accept the rules and precautions of the promotion. If there are any violations, the organizer may disqualify participants from participating in the promotion, and may request compensation for damages caused by the participants.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to review the qualifications of the participants of this promotion. If malicious computer programs or other means that clearly violate the fairness of the promotion are used, or a review finds that there are participants who do not meet the qualifications for this promotion, the organizers will immediately disqualify such participants from participating in the promotion upon discovery or after being reported by a third party.
