Event Regulations:During the event, Basic Account customers can use SF Express (including heavy parcels) to pay first or collect on delivery, and send parcels from Taiwan to Hong Kong (limited to SE0001, SE0107 products), or use International Standard Express (International Standard Express+) Products (limited to SE0051 products; excluding Taiwan home deliveries, mainland China, Macau and other international flow and products). For products sent to the United States, Canada, and Europe, you need to fill out the shipment waybill number + contact information, and other basic information at the designated link (https://forms.gle/7BFcZvCXPvirCKfK8) after the parcel has been shipped before participating in the lottery.

Phase 1 – Weekly Lottery:

1. After filling out the information, 5 winners will be randomly drawn every week for a total of 8 weeks (Event Duration that is less than 1 week: 9/1-9/4 combined with 9/5-9/11; 10/31 combined with 10/24-10/30), and a total of 40 winners will be drawn. The lottery attempt is based on the week of registration, and those who have not won will not have their attempts pushed back to the following week.

How to collect the prize: After the event ends and eligibility for the lottery has been verified, a text message will be sent to the sender's registered mobile phone number and the prize will be delivered to the sender’s registered address.

Terms and Conditions:

1. 3. In response to the lowered COVID-19 alert level and the government’s arrangement for vaccination of courier/cargo workers, the pick-up service coverage for non-Monthly Credit Account customers is as stated on the official website www.sf-express.com.tw of Taiwan S.F. Express.
4. Phase 1 Lottery Event will end no later than 23:59 on October 31, 2022; Phase 2 will end no later than 23:59 on November 7, 2022, subject to the time of registration for the event.
5. Event prizes are only delivered to the area of Taiwan. (Remote areas will be extra charged with an NT$ 150 shipping fee.) Host organizations will not ship the prizes to the overseas region. Winners who are not able to claim the prizes will be treated as having given up their prizes. The new winners will be drawn to award the prizes.
6. Phase 1 – Weekly Lottery with a total of 40 prizes; 5 prizes will be randomly drawn every week and the winners will be contacted through text messages on the registration list; please be on the lookout after the date of the lottery. A complete list of winners will be announced on the official website www.sf-express.com.tw before November 18, 2022.
7.  Phase 2 – Bonus Lottery with a total of 5 prizes. The winners are expected to be announced before November 10, 2022, and they will be contacted by text messages; please be on the lookout after the date of the lottery. 8. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. will assist with relevant arrangements for the handling of prize-related work. According to Taiwan’s tax law, if the prize amount exceeds NT $ 1,000, the income of the prize will be included in the individual’s annual comprehensive income tax return. Therefore, the winner shall provide a photocopy of his/her identification card, and fill out and submit the relevant receipts in accordance with the regulations for receiving the prize. If the winner is a company account, please attach a photocopy of the company's Amendment Corporate Registration Card and a photocopy of the responsible person's identification card, and affix the company seal and invoice stamp on the winning receipt when collecting the prize. If the winner is a minor and has no identification card, please attach a photocopy of the household certificate and a photocopy of the identification card of any guardian. If the total income of the prize exceeds NT$ 20,000, the winner shall pay 10% as prize tax, which shall be withheld and paid by the organizer in accordance with the law. If the winner is an individual who does not reside in the territory of Taiwan or is a profit-making enterprise without a fixed place of business in the territory of the Taiwan, 20% of the tax collected for winning a prize shall be borne by the winner. The preceding tax law stipulates that if the winner is unwilling to cooperate, their rights are deemed to have been waived, and they will not be eligible for receiving the prize.
9. The person who declares and signs the income for winning a prize of this event must be the same as the winner, and no assignment of prize or change of prize recipient is allowed.
10. If the prize of this event is provided by an external supplier, customers should read the relevant terms and instructions on the prize carefully before using it. Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the storage services of any prizes of event, and will not be responsible for any quality failure, defects or claims that may occur in any products or services in accordance with the law. If the customer has any inquiries or disputes regarding the use of the prizes, please contact such organization or supplier directly.
11. Please keep the coupons in a safe place and no re-issuance will be allowed if they are lost.
12. The time limit of the coupons shall be subject to the description on the ticket.
13. On the day of the lucky draw, the lucky winner will be drawn out under the witness of the legal personnel of the organizer.
14. Participants participating in this event agree to accept the rules and precaution statements of this event. If there is any violation, the organizer may disqualify him/her from participating in the event or being a winner of the prize, and may request damage compensation from the participants for the damage caused.
15. Please ensure the correctness of your personal information. If the personal information is incorrect and which result in failure to contact you or deliver to you, you will be deemed to waive your right to win the prize.
16. The organizer reserves the right to review the qualifications of the participants of this event. If a malicious computer program or other method that clearly violates the fairness of the event is used, or if it is verified that there are participants who do not meet the requirements of this event, once it is found by this Company or reported by a third party, such participants or winners of prize will be disqualified from the event by the organizer immediately. In addition, the prize (or its equivalent amount) shall be recovered. Participants may not object.
17. If participants’ information registered for this event is lost, incorrect or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons that are not attributable to the organizer and which result in invalidity of information, the organizer and its event working group will not bear any legal responsibility, and participants and winners may not object.
18. Participants participating in the event are deemed to recognize the effectiveness of these provisions. If there are any unspecified matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, and change the details of the event without separate notice. If the prize content is changed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer (lost, damaged, etc. in the mailing process), Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace it with other equivalent prizes, and winners will unconditionally agree to accept substitutions for the prizes.
19. The matters that are not specified in the prize description will mainly be based on the description of the winning notice. The winners may not request to change the prize or exchange for cash, allow discounts or make any adjustments.
20. Employees of Taiwan S.F. Express are not permitted to take part in this promotion.
21. If this promotion cannot be executed due to special circumstances such as force majeure, Taiwan S.F. Express Co. Ltd. has the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion without incurring any responsibility for compensation.
22. This Company will use the personal information provided by you, including name, telephone and e-mail, etc., only for the purposes of creating file for historical data of customer service, data statistical investigation and analysis, express delivery business, marketing promotion, event notification and related cooperative business service. During the necessary period for the above purposes, the collecting, processing and using your personal information in paper, electronic files or other appropriate methods in accordance with the science and technology are limited to the scope of services provided by S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. You may exercise your rights to (1) inquire or request for review (2) make duplications (3) request to supplement or correct (4) request to cease collection, processing and use, or delete personal information. If your rights are impaired due to your exercise of the aforesaid rights, this Company shall not be liable for compensation.
23. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the contents of the promotion incentives, terms or conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
24. With regard to the details of prizes or prize exchange of this event, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. has the right to modify the event. In the event of any disputes, Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
