Event Details: Non-account customers using worldwide shipment service during the promotional period and meeting the specified conditions can participate in free LINE POINTS events:
① Event 1: Earn 20 free LINE POINTS per international shipment if you add the LINE official account of Taiwan S.F. Express and fill in basic information in the survey such as waybill numbers during the evet period and contact phone number.
② Event 2: A chance to win 500 LINE POINTS for those who have filled the waybill number in Event 1 (10 winners; each contact phone number can only win once).

How to receive points:LINE POINTS from Event 1 and 2 will be sent to the winner’s Email address specified in the survey after verification when the promotional period ends.
Terms and Conditions：
1. This promotion is available for customers who pay in cash and use S.F. Worldwide Standard Express and S.F. Worldwide Economy Express services, excluding International Heavy Freight Express Service, and delivery to domestic Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Macau.
2. The parcel receiving service only covers Taiwan without extension to remote areas. The actual service range is determined according to the announcement on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express.
3. In response to the lower COVID-19 alert level and the government’s arrangement for vaccination of courier/cargo workers, the pick-up service coverage for non-Monthly Credit Account customers is as stated on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express.
4. Employees of Taiwan S.F. Express are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
5. This Promotion will end at 23:59 on December 31, 2021, subject to the time of registration of the survey.
6. LINE POINTS from Event 1 and 2 will be sent to the winner’s Email address specified in the survey after verification before February 28, 2022. LINE POINTS will be sent by font serial number or URL.
7. Please make sure all your personal information is correct. If you cannot be contacted or the prize is not able to be given to you as a result of incorrect personal information, you will be deemed to waive your right to the prize and no notification and explanation will be given. A complete list of winners will be announced on www.sf-express.com.tw before February 14, 2022.

9. Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. will assist with relevant arrangements for the handling of prize-related work. According to Taiwan’s tax law, if the prize amount exceeds NTD1,000, the income of the prize must be included in the personal annual comprehensive income tax return. Therefore, the winner shall provide a photocopy of his/her identification card and fill out and submit the relevant receipts in accordance with the regulations to receive the prize. If the winner is a company account, please attach a photocopy of the company’s Amendment Corporate Registration Card and a photocopy of the responsible person’s identification card, and the company seal and invoice stamp must be affixed to the certificate certifying receipt of prize when the prize is collected. If the winner is a minor and has no identification card, please attach a photocopy of the household certificate and a photocopy of the identification card of any guardian. If the total income of the prize exceeds NTD20,000, the winner shall bear 10% of the tax collected for winning a prize, which shall be withheld and paid by the organizer in accordance with law. If the winner is an individual who does not reside in Taiwan, or is a profit-making enterprise without a fixed place of business in Taiwan, 20% of the tax collected for winning a prize shall be borne by the winner. The preceding tax law stipulates that if the winner is unwilling to cooperate, they will be deemed to have waived their rights automatically and will not be eligible to receive the prize.
10. The person who declares the income for winning a prize of this event must be the same as the winner, and no assignment of prize or change of prize recipient is allowed.
11. If this promotion cannot be executed due to special circumstances such as force majeure, Taiwan S.F. Express Co. Ltd. has the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion without incurring any responsibility for compensation.
12. In case of any disputes between the Chinese version and the English version of the contents of the promotion incentives, terms or conditions, the Chinese version will serve as the final standard.
13. Taiwan S.F. Express Co. Ltd. has the right to modify the contents, period, related terms and conditions and details of this promotion. In the event of any disputes, Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
