Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is available for all destinations for SF Standard Express and SF Economy Express (International) services, excluding Domestic Delivery to Taiwan, deliveries to China, Hong Kong, or Macau, and International Heavy Weight Express.
The parcel receiving service only covers Taiwan without extension to remote areas. The actual service range is determined according to the announcement on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express.
In response to the lower COVID-19 alert level and the government’s arrangement for vaccination of courier/cargo workers, the pick-up service coverage for non-Monthly Credit Account customers is as stated on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express.
This promotion is only available for Monthly Credit Account customers who pay shipping in advance in Taiwan.
Employees of Taiwan S.F. Express are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
This Promotion will end at 23:59 on August 31, 2022, subject to the time of registration of the survey.
Estimated point distribution and announcement schedule:

- After the promotional period ends, the organizer will send 20 LINE POINTS per shipping form to the mobile numbers registered by the senders who meet the promotion criteria.

- Benefit 1: The organizer will verify whether the survey content meets the criteria for free points in the promotion before September 30, 2022. Points for those who are eligible will be distributed to the LINE account, email address, or text number specified in the survey by Taiwan S.F. Express’ official LINE account, email or SMS before October 31, 2022 by text or URL.

- Promotion 2: 20 winners (*subject to one prize per registered mobile number) will be selected by the organizer, witnessed by the legal personnel of the organizer, before September 30, 2022. Points for those who are eligible will be distributed to the LINE account, email address, or text number specified in the survey by Taiwan S.F. Express’ official LINE account, email or SMS before October 31, 2022 by text or URL.

Please make sure all your personal information is correct. If you cannot be contacted or the prize is not able to be given to you as a result of incorrect personal information, you will be deemed to waive your right to the prize and no notification and explanation will be given. A complete list of winners will be announced on www.sf-express.com.tw before February 14, 2022.

The organizer will assist with relevant arrangements for the handling of prize-related work. According to Taiwan’s tax law, if the prize amount exceeds NT $ 1,000, the prize amount will be included in individual’s annual comprehensive income tax return. Therefore, the winner shall provide a photocopy of his/her identification card, and fill out and submit the relevant receipts in accordance with the regulations for receiving the prize. If the winner is a company account, please attach a photocopy of the company's Amendment Corporate Registration Card and a photocopy of the responsible person's identification card, and affix the company seal and invoice stamp on the winning receipt when collecting the prize. If the winner is a minor and has no identification card, please attach a photocopy of the household certificate and a photocopy of the identification card of any guardian. If the total prize amount exceeds NT$ 20,000, the winner shall pay 10% as prize tax, which shall be withheld and paid by the organizer in accordance with law. If the winner is an individual who does not reside in the territory of Taiwan, or is a profit-making enterprise without a fixed place of business in the territory of the Taiwan, 20% of the tax collected for winning a prize shall be borne by the winner. The organizer will use the personal information provided by participants, including their name, telephone, and LINE ID, etc. only for the purposes of creating a file of historical data of customer service, data statistical investigation and analysis, express delivery business, marketing promotion, event notification and related cooperative business service. During the necessary period for the above purposes, the collecting, processing and using the participant’s personal information in paper, electronic files or other appropriate methods by the organizer is limited to the scope of services provided by S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. You may exercise your rights to (1) inquire or request for review (2) make duplications (3) request to supplement or correct (4) request to cease collection, processing and use, or delete personal information. If the rights of the participant are impaired due to your exercise of the aforesaid rights, the organizer shall not be liable for compensation.
The organizer reserves the right to review the eligibility of the participants of this event. If a malicious computer program or other method that clearly violates the fairness of the event is used, or if it is verified that there are participants who do not meet the requirements of this event, once it is found by this Company or reported by a third party, such participants or winners of prize will be disqualified from the event immediately by the organizer. In addition, the prize (or its equivalent amount) shall be recovered. Participants may not object.
Participants in this promotion agree to accept the rules and precautions of the promotion. If there are any violations, the organizer may disqualify participants from participating in the promotion, and may request compensation for damages caused by the participants.
If participants’ information registered for this event is lost, incorrect or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons that are not attributable to the organizer and which result in invalidity of information, the organizer and its event working group will not bear any legal responsibility, and participants and winners may not object.
If this promotion cannot be executed due to special circumstances such as force majeure, Taiwan S.F. Express Co. Ltd. has the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion without incurring any responsibility for compensation.
