Event Terms and Conditions:

1. This event is open only to non–monthly account customers (both new and existing members) who place orders and pay through the S.F. Express App (Taiwan version).

2. The shipping service area is limited to Taiwan’s main island and does not include outlying islands. The exact service coverage shall be subject to the details published on the official website of S.F. Express Taiwan.

3. The definition of “Completed Pickup” refers to shipments for which the sender has paid the shipping fee and the courier has successfully collected the parcel, but delivery has not yet been completed. The definition of “Completed Shipment” refers to shipments that have been successfully delivered and signed for by the consignee within the event period, without any subsequent return, refund, billing dispute, or compensation claim filed with the organizer.

4. SF Coupons distributed as gifts during the event may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for other equivalent goods or services.

5. All SF Coupons must be used within their validity period. Expired coupons will be void and will not be reissued or compensated.

6. To redeem an SF Coupon, the sender must present the QR Code of the coupon within their S.F. Express App (Taiwan version) at the time of shipment. The courier will scan the QR Code to apply the discount. Once scanned, the coupon will immediately become invalid and cannot be reused. Each shipment (waybill) may use only one SF Coupon for discount redemption. Monthly account customers are not eligible to use SF Coupons for discounts.

7. Prizes will be delivered only within Taiwan. (Shipments to outlying islands are subject to an additional NT$150 delivery fee.) The organizer will not ship prizes overseas. Participants who are unable to claim prizes will be deemed to have forfeited them, and the prize will be redrawn.

8. The iPhone 17 Pro winner must claim the prize in person at a nearby S.F. Express service point and pay the applicable tax amount at the time of collection.

9. For prizes provided by external suppliers, recipients should carefully read the relevant terms of use and instructions attached to the prize. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any maintenance services or for any defects, faults, or claims arising from such third-party products or services. For maintenance or repair inquiries, please contact the respective supplier or service provider directly.

10. LINE POINT CODE Notes：

(1) Text Code: Enter the alphanumeric LINE POINT CODE at https://points.line.me/pointcode to redeem points.

(2) URL Code: Click the unique URL link containing the redemption parameters to automatically complete the point redemption.

(3) Eligible Users: Must be a Taiwan LINE app user.

-New users must first download and install the LINE app before redemption.

-You must log in with your LINE account and ensure your email and password are registered in the LINE settings.

-Your mobile number and LINE account must belong to a Taiwan LINE user.

(4) Validity and Expiry:

-Each LINE POINT CODE can be used only once.

-The code has a fixed validity period; expired codes cannot be used or reissued. The last redemption date is November 21, 2025. Redeemed points are valid for 180 days from the last date of issuance. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or invalidation due to expiry.

(5) Reissue Policy: Lost, stolen, or tampered POINT CODES cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

11. The organizer will assist in handling all prize redemption procedures. According to Taiwan’s tax laws, if the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, the prize amount will be included in the winner’s annual individual income tax declaration. Winners must therefore provide a copy of their National ID card and complete the required receipts and tax documents before collecting the prize. For corporate winners: please provide a copy of the company’s Business Registration Certificate and the responsible person’s ID card. The company’s official seals and invoice chop must also be affixed to the prize acknowledgment form upon receipt. For minors without an ID card: please provide a copy of the Household Certificate and one guardian’s ID card. If the total value of prizes exceeds NT$20,000, the winner shall bear a 10% withholding tax, which will be deducted by the organizer in accordance with the law. For individuals not residing in Taiwan or businesses without a fixed place of business in Taiwan, a 20% withholding tax will apply. If the winner refuses or fails to provide the required tax documents or cooperate with the above procedures, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

12. All prize claims and tax filings must be made by the winner personally, and prizes cannot be transferred or claimed by others.

13. The lucky draw will be conducted under the supervision of the organizer’s legal personnel to ensure fairness and transparency.

14. Please confirm that your personal information is accurate. If incorrect or incomplete information prevents the organizer from contacting you or delivering your prize, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize eligibility.

15. If a member proceeds to delete their account via “Profile > Log Out > Delete Account” in the S.F. Express App (Taiwan version), please note that all data — including shipment records, membership points, and redeemed SF Coupons — will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Upon account deletion, all membership rights and privileges will be terminated, and S.F. Express Taiwan bears no obligation for any compensation or reinstatement.

16. The organizer reserves the right to review and verify participants’ eligibility for this event. Any participant found to have used malicious computer programs or other methods that clearly compromise the fairness of the event, or whose participation is determined to be in violation of the event rules, will have their participation and prize eligibility immediately revoked upon discovery by the organizer or verified third-party reporting. The organizer also reserves the right to reclaim prizes (or their equivalent value), and participants shall not raise any objections.

17. If, due to computer, internet, telephone, technical failures, or other circumstances not attributable to the organizer, any registration information is lost, erroneous, or damaged—resulting in invalid data—the organizer and its event team shall bear no legal responsibility, and participants and winners shall not object.

18. Participation in this event constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify the event content or details at any time without prior notice. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control resulting in prize changes, S.F. 19. For any matters not expressly stated in the prize descriptions, the details provided in the winner notification letter shall prevail. Winners may not request to exchange prizes for cash, discounts, or other substitutions.

20. By participating in this event, participants are deemed to have agreed to comply with these event rules and notices. If any participant violates these terms, the organizer may revoke their eligibility to participate and claim prizes, and may seek compensation for any resulting damages.

21. During the necessary period for the above purposes, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. may collect, process, and use your personal data within its service scope in Taiwan by means of paper records, electronic files, or any other appropriate methods consistent with the level of technology available at the time. You have the right to: (1) request access to or review of your personal data, (2) request copies, (3) request supplementation or correction, and (4) request cessation of collection, processing, or use, or request deletion of your data. If the exercise of these rights results in any reduction of service or benefit, the Company shall bear no responsibility for related compensation.

22. In the event that this promotion cannot be executed due to force majeure or other special circumstances beyond the Company’s control, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event without bearing any liability for compensation.

23. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this promotional content, terms, and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

24. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend the event content, duration, and related terms and conditions at any time.

25. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend the prize or redemption details of this event, and shall have the final authority of interpretation and decision in case of any dispute.

26. Employees of S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. are not eligible to participate in this event.
