S.F. Express (Taiwan) has launched its official WeChat account to provide customers with a more convenient way to place orders, track shipments, upload customs documents, and more. Customers can easily place orders anytime via their mobile phones and receive instant updates on their shipment’s latest status! Experience the ease with just a few simple steps!

 

How to Subscribe to “S. F. Express (Taiwan)” on WeChat (choose one)

Method #1: Scan the QR Code

Step 1: Open WeChat and tap the “+” icon at the top right to open the menu. Then tap “Scan S.F. Express Taiwan.”

 

Step 2: Align your camera with the QR code of S.F. Express (Taiwan)’s official account on WeChat.

Step 3: Tap “Subscribe to Official Account” to follow “S.F. Express (Taiwan)” on WeChat’s official account.

 

Method #2: Add a Friend

Step 1: Open WeChat and tap the “+” icon at the top right to open the menu. Then tap “Add a Friend.”

 

Step 2: Press the “official account” icon in the red box.

 

Step 3: Enter “SF_Express-TW” in the red box to search it.

  

 

Step 4: Tap “Subscribe to Official Account” to follow the official WeChat account of “S.F. Express (Taiwan)”.

 

[S.F. Express (Taiwan)] Steps to Use the Official WeChat Account for our Services

1.Login to Your Account

1.1 If this is your first time creating an account, tap “Me” in the menu, then select “My S.F. Express.”

 

1.2 Enter your 10-digit phone number starting with “09” to register and log in to use the services offered by the official WeChat account of “S.F. Express (Taiwan).”

 

1.3 Tap “Send Verification Code” and enter the code.

 

 

1.4 Tap “I Agree to the <Service Agreement> and <Privacy Policy>” to complete logging into the official account on WeChat.

**After logging in, your phone number will be automatically entered, making it convenient for shipping and tracking without needing to log in on a single page.

 

2. Place Order Using WeChat

2.1 Open the official WeChat account of “S.F. Express (Taiwan)”, then tap “Ship by Express” in the menu to access the ordering page.



2.2 After entering the ordering page, select the destination: “Ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China” or “Ship Internationally,” depending on your shipping destination.

 

2.3 Fill in the relevant information for pickup and delivery. Choose either “Pickup by Courier” or “Contact Customer Service” for delivery.

 

2.4 After filling out the shipping information below, tap “I Have Read and Agree to <S.F. Express (Taiwan) Terms and Conditions>” to complete the shipping form.

**If you choose to “contact customer service” for the shipping service, please call customer service at 412-8830 (add 02 for mobile) or visit the nearest service center to arrange pickup and show the QR code.

 

2.5 If your item is not ready for shipping, you may also select “cancel the shipment”.

**For international orders that have not been picked up, you can click “Cancel” in the international order list above (the yellow part).

   

 

3.Check Express Delivery Status

3.1 After pickup, customers can enter the tracking number in the chat window to instantly check the shipment status.

 

3.2 You can also select “Track Shipment” from the menu below, then click on the corresponding tracking number to view the shipment route and details. The “Track” page allows you to browse shipment history (showing only the past three months), not only for the latest orders/shipments but also to review past orders.
