    If your express delivery parcel exceeds the “single package billing weight limit” and “single package size” under our delivery standards, we can provide additional services for oversize and overweight export express delivery parcels to help export your large-size express delivery parcels.

  • Service Coverage

    1. SF Standard Express (International): Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, the USA, Canada, Mexico, 10 countries in South America, 8 countries in Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and 28 countries in Europe.
    2. SF Economy Express: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, and the USA.

     

    Note 1: For product routes not included above, please consult our sales representatives or branch personnel for details.

    Note 2: For International Standard Express shipments destined for the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the United Arab Emirates, oversized or overweight shipments do not support address modification for the consignee. Please ensure the accuracy of the recipient’s address before sending.

  • Time Limit of the Service

    The reference time limit applicable to the corresponding product plus 1~3 days (working days), subject to the case.
