1. “Pet Supplies Delivery” Service

Pet supplies businesses can now consider the “Pet Supplies Delivery” service. With a special price, SF assists you in sending products to customers. You may also choose from to-door delivery or self-pick up SF Network points to meet different customer’s needs.

Remarks:
1. This service is only applicable to credit account customers and shipping charge has to be paid by credit account, and new credit account has to be opened for using this service.

2. “Cold Chain Delivery” Service
Whether it is frozen food for cats or chilled meat for dogs, SF can arrange "temperature-controlled delivery" in three temperature zones (frozen, chilled, air-conditioned) for merchants, so that pet owners can collect the products at home or self-pick up at SF Network Points. Cold chain consignments are handled by special operation to ensure the goods are delivered at an appropriate temperature, so that pets can consume safely and owners can be rest assured.
