    SFHK provides a door –to-door delivery service and pick-up service for cold chain shipment of liquors.

     

    3 Temperature Condition

    • Frozen (-18 to -15℃)
    • Chilled (0 to 4℃)
    • Air-conditioned (17 to 22℃)

  • Service Area

    Hong Kong Local。

     

    • Door –to-door delivery service:Hong Kong Local (Excluding Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts)
    • Pick-up service:Only applicable to designed SF business station and SF stores (Please click here for SF Stores, SF Service Partners locations)

  • Service Advantage

    • Exclusive delivery service for cold chain shipment of liquors.
    • Provide to-door / self-drop off / self-pickup services, meet different customer needs with flexibility.
    • Special reinforced packaging and handling to protect cold chain shipment of liquors.

  • Parcel Classification

    • All liquors including alcoholic beverages, cooking wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with the names of "beer", "champagne", "fruit wine", "sparkling wine".
    • Including but not limited to bottled wine, boxed wine, canned wine, barreled wine, etc.
    • Must be intact and unopened, with commercial labels and packaging, and must be legally operated and produced products with quality assurance.

  • Freight

    • The freight is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Calculation method: length x width x height (cm) ÷ 6000.

  • Notice for Use

    • Personal customers are only allowed to post at designated outlets in Hong Kong(Please click here for SF Stores locations), customers can place orders through SF Hong Kong APP [Cold  Chain delivery].
    • Please refer to the Cold-chain Order Placement User Manual and place order through “SF Credit Account Management Platform”.
    • Customers are required to package and pre-cool their items before sending them through this service. Chilled goods should be pre-cooled for 6 hours before shipping; frozen goods should be pre-cooled for 12 hours and reach frozen status.
