    In high-value or specific industry under logistics scenario, to fulfil the needs to guarantee the transactions and goods security based on the basic pickup and delivery services, the customer can add on choose “Secret Key Authentication” value added service. The system will automatically generate 6-digit password and the parcels will be delivered upon verification of the receiver.

    • Accurate receiver’s mobile phone numbers must be filled in when placing an order. ( (+852) Hong Kong: begin with 4,5,6,7,8,9; 8-digit numbers ; (+853) Macau: begin with 6; 8-digit numbers)
    • Applicable to To-door delivery and self-pick up at SF Business Stations and SF Stores^.
    • No cancellation or refund is acceptable once an order is confirmed
