    Maximum amount to be collected (per shipment):

    Minimum Surcharge (per shipment):

    HKD/MOP 5

  • Notice for Use

    • Exchange rate for C.O.D. service is determined based on the exchange rate of the shipment pick-up day.

     

    • Terms and conditions shall be mutually agreed upon both parties. If the actual amount to be collected is less than the minimum requirement, minimum surcharge would be imposed.

     

    • Applicable to To-door delivery and self-pick up at SF Business Stations and SF Stores (SF Lockers / SF Service Partners are excluded).

     

    • This service is not applicable to "Temperature Controlled Delivery" Self-Pickup and "Temperature Controlled Delivery (Alcohol)" Self-Pickup.

     

    • S.F. Express reserves the right to adjust the price, discontinue the service, amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
