Cold Chain and Alcohol Delivery Service Adjustment

In order to optimize and integrate existing services, SFHK local "Cold Chain Delivery" and "Alcohol Delivery" services will be adjusted. Starting from 1 June 2023, the "Temperature Controlled Delivery" and "Temperature Controlled Delivery (Alcohol)", as well as the service structure of "Alcohol Delivery" will be billed by weight.
The Cold Chain Delivery Service will continue to meet customer’s needs for door to-door delivery or self-pickup of frozen, chilled, and air-conditioned shipments. With the strong distribution capabilities of SFHK, in addition to door-to-door delivery, customers can also select to pick up cold chain shipments at more than 100 SFHK designated self-operated network points^. Customers can experience our service in a convenient and efficient way.

- The above services are only applicable to Hong Kong local delivery.
- The above services are only applicable to credit account customers/cold chain credit account customers.
- The freight is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Calculation method: length x width x height (cm) ÷ 6000.
^Designated SFHK self-operated network points are SF Business Station and SF Store with Frozen/Chilled Pickup Service.
