Notification of to-Door Delivery Arrangements on Sundays and Public Holidays

In response to the needs of our customers for holiday shipment deliveries, SFHK is now offering appointment-based delivery services on Sundays and public holidays. Customers can simply request their preferred delivery date on Sundays or public holidays when placing their orders, and we will flexibly allocate resources to arrange to-door delivery services. Details of making reservation are as follows:
- To request delivery on a specific date within Sundays or public holidays, customers can indicate the delivery date in the remarks column of the waybill, such as "delivery on * month * day";
- Customers can also make reservations or change their delivery date by calling our customer service hotline at (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau) one working day before the scheduled delivery date on Sunday or public holiday.
* "SFHK Same Day Delivery" service is not applicable for to-Door Delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
