SFHK continues to optimise its cold delivery service. From now on, customers can place self drop-off^ orders through the mobile app without a credit account for delivery of goods in Frozen (-18 to -15℃), Chilled (0 to 4℃), and Air-conditioned (17 to 22℃) zones, and the fastest delivery time can be the same day#!

Remarks:
1. The above service is only applicable to Hong Kong local delivery, except for outlying islands and some remote areas.
2. Customers are required to package and pre-cool their items before sending them through this service. Chilled goods should be pre-cooled for 6 hours before shipping; frozen goods should be pre-cooled for 12 hours and reach frozen status.
3. The above service is not applicable to strong odour items, vaccines, reagents, chemicals, dry ice, live and fresh seafood and meat; as well as ice lollies, sorbet, ice-cream or its related products, macaroons, cream cakes, cakes with accessories, eggs, sashimi, sea urchins, chilled dishes, frozen dough.
4. The freight is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Calculation method: length x width x height (cm) ÷ 6000.

^Designated SFHK self-operated network points are SF Business Station and SF Store with Frozen/Chilled Pickup Service.
#The designated shipping areas include Kwai Chung、Lai Chi Kok、Tsuen Wan District、Tai Po District、Shatin District、Wong Tai Sin District、Kwun Tong District、Central and Western District、Eastern District、Southern District、Wan Chai District.If the shipment is sent after the designated time from Monday to Friday, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, it will be delivered according to the general local express shipment delivery schedule.
