Notice of 2024 Chinese New Year Surcharge Arrangements

In order to ensure stable and high-quality express delivery services for customers during the Chinese New Year holiday, Chinese New Year Surcharge will be charged for express shipments sent to the following areas from 10 to 13 February, 2024. The details are as follows:

Mainland China, Hong Kong Region, Macau Region and Taiwan Region

Customer Types
All customers
Remarks:
1. If the shipping date is within the above charging period, a Chinese New Year Surcharge will apply;
2. The Chinese New Year Service Surcharge is based on each shipment;
3. The payment method of Chinese New Year Service Surcharge must be the same as the payment method of freight;
4. Freight collect shipments are charged according to the charging standards of the place of origin and calculated based on the destination exchange rate.
5. All charges will resume normal from14 February 2024
