China- Personal Luggage Delivery Service Launch Notice

Dear customers,
To meet the needs of travelers sending luggage from Taiwan to China, we are introducing the "China Personal Luggage Delivery Service" for customers who require luggage transportation when traveling to China for business, studying, or returning home. To use this service, passengers must provide the following information:
- (The passenger’s own) E-ticket certificate within the last six months.
- A signed INVOICE list by the passenger.
- Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Exit and Entry Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Permit, or Chinese Citizen Passport.
Please also note the following when using this service:
- SF Express Taiwan can provide cartons and related packaging materials; please contact our customer service.
- The recipient's name must match the name on the ticket.
- Luggage packages must be shipped from Taiwan after the passenger's departure.
- For special items to be transported, please follow these guidelines:
- For 3C and electronic products requiring shipping, provide a screenshot of the "second-hand price."
- Used personal items such as clothing, shoes, hats, kitchenware, etc., without electrical components, can be shipped.
- Unopened new products, liquids, food, and cosmetics can only be shipped through E-Express.
