1. You must apply to become a Basic Account holder .
2. You must sign a Supplementary Agreement for Customs Duty Payment on Behalf of Customers with Taiwan S.F. Express. If you are a Basic Account holder, please contact our sales staff or call customer service at 412-8830 (please add “02” if you are calling on a mobile) for more information.
3. If you have not entered into the Supplementary Agreement on Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service (DDP Service) with us, and your shipment requires customs duties to be paid by the sender, you will be required to pay an additional service fee for Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service. The advance payment service fee varies by destination country based on the applicable local charges, with a minimum fee of NT$300. The final fee will be based on the quotation provided by our Customer Service.
4. In accordance with local supplier charging rules, the following services and destinations will incur a service fee for Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service, Supplementary Agreement on Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service (DDP Service) regardless of whether a service agreement has been signed with our Company:
(1) SF Standard Express (International) - Destinations include the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, 28 European countries, 10 South American countries, and 8 African countries. A service fee of NTD 525 per shipment will apply for Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service.
(2) International E-Commerce Express-CD - Destinations include Japan and Malaysia. The service fee for Advance Payment on Behalf of Customers for International Express Service starts from NTD 525 per shipment, subject to final confirmation by our customer service representatives.
