Service Fee for Disbursement

  • Service Introduction

    For all inbound shipments to Taiwan, our company will pay in advance for the customs duties and taxes required for customs clearance. Starting from October 1, 2023, a service fee for disbursement will be charged.

  • Applicable Parties

    The taxpayer responsible for paying customs duties and fees for imported express commodities is:

    1. Individual consumers (including declaration with ID card/passport/residence certificate numbers).

    2. Corporate entities.

  • Fee Structure

    Tax Amount * 3%, billed at a minimum of NT$30 if the calculated fee is lower.

  • Eligible Beneficiaries

    1. For individual consumers who are taxpayers, completing the payment of import duties and fees through the EZWAY provided by the Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance before the delivery of the goods entitles them to enjoy an advance payment service fee waiver.
