Scan To Ship

To make it more convenient for our customers to place orders, S.F. Express (Taiwan) offers a service where shipping labels can be scanned to place orders. No need for complex handwritten orders, just scan and ship. You can, at the same time,, save time by logging in to retrieve your original sender and recipient address book information, which can be automatically filled in for you!

 

Step 1:

Please request a scanning shipping label when visiting a local office or when the courier comes for pickup or call customer service at 412-8830 (add 02 for mobile) to request one.

 

Step 2:

After scanning the QR code on the shipping label, you can choose to log in (using your 10-digit phone number starting with “09”) or not. Logging in allows you to access previous sender and recipient address book information, saving time on filling out forms.

  

 

Step 3:

Choose the destination: “Ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China” or “Ship Internationally,” depending on your shipping destination. After filling in relevant pickup and delivery information, choose either “Contact Customer Service” or “Pickup by Courier” for delivery.

**If you want to log in to use “Ship Internationally,” please return to the previous page and click “Log In/Register” at the top right on the initial page where you scan the shipping label.

  

 

Step 4:

After filling out the shipping form, tap “I Have Read and Agree to <S.F. Express (Taiwan) Terms and Conditions>,” then click “Place Order” to complete the shipping form.

**If you choose to contact customer service for the shipping service, please call customer service at 412-8830 (add 02 for mobile) or visit the nearest service center to arrange pickup and attach the scanning label to your shipment for pickup by the courier.

Step 5:

After successful pickup by the courier, you can scan the shipping label’s QR Code to instantly check the package’s route status. This also ensures the security of information for both sender and recipient. If a third party scans the QR Code, they can only view the package status.

**For checking international shipments, please click “Log In” and enter either the last four digits of the sender or recipient’s phone number and click “Confirm” to check the shipment status.
